I’m a leadership and culture consultant, speaker, coach, and the author of Lead with HEART - a practical, human‑centred guide for leaders who want to create real impact. The book captures the essence of my work: empowering leaders with clarity, confidence, and tools they can use immediately.

I specialise in supporting experienced leaders - especially those in the middle who carry the weight of delivering the strategy - to lead with greater influence, emotional intelligence, and purpose.

Across my career in leadership development, HR, culture, and facilitation, I’ve seen that the most powerful organisational shifts don’t start with systems or structures. They start with people. With one leader choosing to show up differently. With one team learning to communicate better. With one moment of courage, honesty, or accountability.

Her career spans leadership positions as Director, Chief Operating Officer and Human Resources Director, giving her a rare blend of strategic acumen and hands-on operational insight.
